Please remember that we're a small team, and our support response times correspond with our working hours. We kindly ask you for your patience while waiting for a response. We are reachable by email from 9AM-9PM (Central European Time) seven days a week. Our phone support is limited from 9AM-5PM Monday through Friday. Due to a shortage of staff, we would prefer if you contacted us via e-mail. On average, we respond to all inquiries within 4-6 hours.
